What can we say about Sawyer besides - AMAZING!?

Sawyer is a sweet, cuddly, goofy, happy, handsome young man looking for his forever home.

Want a pup to jog with? Sawyer is your guy. Long hikes? Yup, that too. Paddleboard buddy? No problem! Play with the kids? Absolutely.

Sawyer is very smart and learns quickly. So far, he knows “sit” “shake” “lay down” and “stay”.

Sawyer is a social fella and wants to say hi to everyone he meets. He also gets excited to play and will bring out every single stuffie he has to engage his human. Sawyer has just discovered fetch and likes to play keep away with his stuffies.

Sawyer loves long walks and being outdoors. Any weather is ok by him! He wants to be a part of the action!

He is not a couch potato, although he is not destructive when at home. Sawyer will let you bathe him, brush his teeth, clean his ears, clip his nails, brush his incredibly soft coat.

Sawyer is a happy dog that loves all people and other dogs. Whoever adopts this guy is winning the pet lottery!

Sawyer is 5–6-year-old neutered male with microchip, approx. 65 lbs

Owner was unable to reunite with Sawyer after being deployed. He has been bounced around from kennels and sitters until finally settling into a cozy foster in Brooklyn, NY.

Current Foster is very invested in his journey and is willing to transport for the right match.
